Welcome to Belle Terre Lakes Landing.:::.LaPlace, LA
Letter From The President
Welcome to Belle Terre Lakes, the subdivision of choice in LaPlace.
Homeowners in the Lakes enjoy a peaceful and beautiful subdivision where neighbors respect each other, and watch out for each other. Our 2000 square feet minimum houses are set on one of 161 lots with 3 lots still undeveloped. Several lots are bounded by one of two fresh water lakes, while others back up to Fairway Blvd. to the north, or Carrollwood Drive to the east, or businesses on Belle Terre Blvd. to the west.
Our lakes are maintained free of weeds and algae by a third party service provider, as are the common grass covered areas around the fenced subdivision and along the main drive into the neighborhood. Our lakes are supplied fresh water by a well and natural storm water runnoff from our streets and property as part of the parish drainage system.
Our Homeowners Association is an active and dynamic one where all homeowners are encouraged to participate. We enjoy sharing community events, sharing information about our neighborhood and the parish in which we live, and living in a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful setting. Our HOA enforces its covenants to assure these ideals are maintained now and for the future. Current HOA dues are $75.00 per quarter.
Thank you,Dwayne EymardPresident, Belle Terre Lakes HOAAnnual Meeting March 10, 2013

Wisdom of Abraham Lincoln
1. You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich
2. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
3. You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
4. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
5. You cannot build character and courage by taking away men's initiative and independence.
6. You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves.
